Can I use business email on my phone and in Outlook?
Yes. Your mailbox works with the standard mail apps on Android and iPhone, with Outlook and other email programs, and in a webmail inbox in any browser. We send simple setup steps for each.
Do I need a website to have business email?
No. You only need a domain name. We can register one for you or connect the domain you already have.
Why do my company emails go to spam?
Usually because the domain is missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, which tell other mail servers your emails are genuine. We set these up as part of every business email plan.
Can you move my old emails?
