Our approach
We want every client to be happy with our work. If something is not right, please tell us first, because most problems can be fixed. This policy explains when refunds are available for CFSOL Enterprises services. It forms part of our terms and conditions.
Website, design and development projects
- If you cancel before any work has started, the advance is refunded in full [or: minus a [X]% admin fee].
- Once work has started, the advance covers the work done and is not refundable. If the work completed is worth less than the advance, we refund the difference.
- Approved stages and delivered work are not refundable.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we refund the payments for the parts we have not delivered.
Monthly services
This covers digital marketing, SEO, social media management, maintenance and similar monthly work.
- Monthly fees are paid in advance and are not refunded once the month has started.
- You can cancel with [30] days’ notice and will not be charged for the following months.
- Advertising budgets are paid directly to Meta, Google and other platforms and cannot be refunded by CFSOL. Unspent budget stays in your own ad account.
Hosting and business email
- New hosting and email plans can be cancelled within [X] days of purchase for a full refund of the plan fee. [Or: hosting fees are not refundable once the account is set up.]
- After that, hosting fees for the current period are not refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
- Accounts suspended for breaking our terms are not eligible for a refund.
Domains
Domain registrations and renewals are processed with the registry straight away, so they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Virtual tours
- If you cancel at least [48 hours] before the scheduled shoot, the advance is refunded [in full / minus a [X]% booking fee].
- Once the shoot has taken place, the fee is not refundable, but we will fix any problems with the finished tour.
Dedicated Stations
Dedicated Stations follow the notice period and terms in your agreement. Fees for months already started are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +92 332 3158504 with your name, invoice number and the reason for your request. We reply within [3] business days. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer within [14] business days, in the same currency you paid.
