1. About these terms
These terms apply to all services provided by CFSOL Enterprises (“CFSOL”, “we”, “us”), 11/3 C.P. Berar Society, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi, to you (“the client”), including website design and development, digital marketing, SEO, advertising management, social media, virtual tours, Dedicated Stations, hosting, domains and email. By accepting a quote, paying an invoice or using our services, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or contract says something different, the signed document applies.
2. Quotes and scope
Each project or service is described in a written quote or proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Quotes are valid for [30] days. Work that is not in the agreed scope, such as extra pages, features or revisions beyond those included, will be quoted separately before we start it.
3. Payments
Prices are in PKR unless the quote states another currency. Payment is made by bank transfer or mobile wallet as listed on our payment methods page.
- Projects: [50%] advance before work starts and the balance [on completion / on milestones], unless the quote says otherwise.
- Monthly services (marketing, SEO, social media, maintenance, Dedicated Stations): paid in advance at the start of each month.
- Hosting, domains and email: paid in advance for the chosen period, and renewed on the same basis.
- Late payments may pause work, and services such as hosting may be suspended after [7] days of non-payment, with reminders sent beforehand.
4. Third-party costs
Some costs are paid to other companies and are not part of our fee unless the quote says so. These include advertising budgets paid to Meta, Google, TikTok or other platforms, Shopify and other software subscriptions, premium themes and plugins, payment gateway fees, stock photos, SMS credits and domain registry charges. These costs follow the third party’s own terms and are not refundable by CFSOL.
5. Your responsibilities
To deliver on time, we need you to:
- Provide content, images, logins and information we ask for in good time.
- Review and approve designs, content and campaigns within a reasonable time.
- Make sure the content you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
- Follow the policies of advertising platforms and the law in what you sell and promote.
Delays in content or feedback may move the timeline. If a project is on hold for more than [60] days because we are waiting on you, we may close it and invoice the work completed.
6. Revisions and approvals
Each quote states the number of revision rounds included. Once you approve a design, content or stage, later changes to it may be charged as additional work.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
When you have paid in full, you own the final website design, content we created for you, and deliverables listed in the quote. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain under their own licences. Domains, ad accounts, social media pages and Google profiles are registered in your name or your company’s name. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the work we did for you in our portfolio.
8. Results
We work hard to get you results, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Search engines and advertising platforms control their own algorithms and policies, and results also depend on your market, budget and offer.
9. Hosting, domains and email
Hosting services must not be used for illegal content, spam, malware or anything that harms our servers or other customers; we may suspend accounts that do so. We take backups as described in your plan, but you should also keep your own copy of important files and data. Domains are registered for the period you pay for and must be renewed before they expire. We send reminders, but renewal is your responsibility.
10. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information, logins and customer data confidential and only use them to deliver our services. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
11. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the [3] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, or for problems caused by third-party platforms, services or events outside our control.
12. Ending a service
Monthly services can be cancelled with [30] days’ written notice. Dedicated Stations follow the notice period in your agreement. Either party may end a service immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms. Fees for work already done remain payable. See our refund policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve concerns directly with you first.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and changes do not affect work already agreed in a signed quote.
